As a logistics coordinator, you are an indispensable linchpin in the entire administrative process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The sales team, suppliers, and customers rely on your organizational skills to ensure organic products reach the processor on time and in the correct manner.
From your logistics control tower, you will maintain oversight with three other colleagues, handle invoicing accurately, and keep the accounting in order.You communicate effectively with clients and suppliers in Dutch (and occasionally in French and English), and you thrive on teamwork.

You enjoy taking initiative and are eager to leave your mark on the company’s direction in the exciting and rapidly growing sector of sustainable and renewable energy.

Profile

  • At least a professional or academic bachelor’s degree.
  • Initial administrative experience is a must; scientific interest is a real asset!
  • Perfect command of Dutch, with strong communication skills in English and French.

Job-Related Competencies

  • Prepare, verify, and deliver transport and freight documentation to customers and service providers.
  • Prepare and/or verify transport invoicing.
  • Develop rate lists for selling and/or purchasing transport services according to operational or financial criteria.
  • Collaborate with customers to define the conditions and costs of transport.
  • Organize the various steps of transport (collection, delivery, etc.).
  • Research freight and transport pricing (carriers, subcontractors, freight exchange platforms, etc.).
  • Determine the modalities for the purchase or sale of transport services.
  • Inform clients about transport conditions (cost, formalities, etc.).
  • Propose commercial solutions.
  • Record complaints and provide initial answers or solutions depending on the issue (delays, losses, damage, etc.).
  • Register follow-up data, identify deviations, and propose improvements.
  • Organize an international road transport service.
  • Monitor and control overall service delivery according to agreed terms (transport process, traceability of goods, etc.).
